PEREGRINE's dedicated staff support every step of adopting TDL — from interviews and requirements through initial setup, user training and three months of follow-up after go-live.
Data migration & setup
We securely migrate data from your existing PM system, accounting system and Excel files into TDL. A dedicated team handles tenant, property and contract data.
Process improvement consulting
We analyze your fund operations and help redesign workflows around TDL, standardizing monthly PM reporting, receipt reconciliation and approval workflows to lift productivity across the organization.
Ongoing support
After go-live, PEREGRINE continues to provide operational support and feature updates, keeping pace with regulatory change — starting with the new lease accounting standard mandatory from April 2027.
